The Applications tab shows everyone applying to the raise and what needs your attention. It appears once the investment has a raise. If the investment has more than one raise, choose it from the menu at the top. Panels with nothing in them stay hidden.
Panels, Top to Bottom
- Needs Your Action: counts of applications to review, documents to countersign, funds to confirm, and investors ready to join. It counts only what you can act on and notes steps waiting on someone else.
- Applications to Review: submitted applications. Approve complete ones together, or click Review to open one. See How Do I Review and Approve Investor Applications?.
- Waiting for Your Signature: documents to countersign. See How Do I Countersign Agreements?.
- Funds to Confirm: Payments In prepared from investors' notices that they sent money. Approve them, then click Confirm Receipt once the money is in the bank. See How Do I Record a Payment From an Investor?.
- Ready to Join: investors with nothing left blocking them. See How Do Closings Work?.
- Funding Notices: what investors told you they sent. A notice is not proof of payment.
- Accreditation Letters to Review: letters investors uploaded as proof.
- Subscription Pipeline: every application, with its class, amount, status, document status, and pledge. Click Review to open one.
- Reservations and Interest: see How Do I See Which Investors Viewed or Showed Interest in a Raise?.
- Maximum Raise and Holds, Interest History (Not Binding), Reservation History, and Waitlist: see How Do I Manage the Maximum Raise and the Waitlist?.
- Raise Cancellation: see How Do I Close or Cancel a Raise?.
