About Syndelo

Syndelo is investor management software for real estate sponsors. It brings investor relationships, fundraising, documents, capital operations, and a branded investor portal into one workspace.

Software for the sponsor’s work

Syndelo provides software, not staffed fund administration or investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice. Sponsors remain responsible for their offering documents, reviews, approvals, and investor communications.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.

Explore the platform, review plan limits, or book a walkthrough to discuss your requirements.

How to use our guides

Our guides are published by Syndelo. They explain sponsor workflows and include illustrative checklists, calculations, and examples. “By Syndelo” identifies the organization responsible for the content; it does not imply independent professional review.

Examples use stated assumptions and are not actual customer results. Each guide shows its last editorial update. Sources are linked where used, and vendor comparison pages identify their reference material and review period. Availability and pricing can change.

Use these resources to prepare questions and test workflows with your own advisers and records. Verify calculations and requirements before using them for an offering or an investor statement.

Data and access

Workspace permissions and investing-account access determine who can see investor records. The public product tour uses illustrative sample data. Do not put confidential investor information into a shared demo.

Our Privacy Policy describes information handling and connected services. The Terms of Service describe responsibilities and service boundaries. For requirements specific to your organization, contact us before moving sensitive records.
