Open the application and expand Application and Review History. It lists each saved version of the investor's answers and each review decision, newest first.
What You'll See
- Answer Version entries: the amount, status, and every question with its answer. Upload answers have a Download evidence link. If the version answered a sponsor request, it says "Response to an information request."
- Review entries: the decision, the reviewer's note, any information requested and its due date, and which answer version was reviewed.
- Where each answer came from: entered on this application, a saved answer reviewed for reuse, a staff draft reviewed by the investor, or an existing answer.
- Account confirmations: when legal details were confirmed and against which account version.
Good to know
- Sponsors see this on the application in the raise's Investors tab. Investors see it on their application in the portal.
- "No earlier answer versions or review decisions have been recorded" means nothing has changed since it was first saved.
- If a notice says history starts when the review system first saved the application, changes before then can't be shown.
- Long histories have Previous and Next buttons.
