How Do I See Which Investors Viewed or Showed Interest in a Raise?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

How to track portal views, reservations, and non-binding interest on a raise.

Open the raise's Investors tab and find Reservations and Interest. It lists each investor's portal views, last view date, interest amount, class, account, and status.

Statuses

  • Viewed: opened the offering in the portal.
  • Reserved / interested: asked for a place in a coming offer or indicated interest.
  • Applied: started an application.
  • Withdrawn: withdrew their interest.

Good to know

  • The panel header shows the reservation count and total amount. The raise Dashboard shows the same total under Reservations.
  • These amounts are not binding pledges and don't count toward Committed.
  • Investors can reserve a place only while the raise is upcoming and Investor Steps allows reservations. Once open, they can indicate interest instead of applying.
  • Nonbinding interest expires after the number of days set under Maximum Raise and Holds. See Maximum Raise and Waitlist.
  • When you open the raise, people who reserved get opening emails while their audience access is still active.
  • When an investor applies, their interest amount fills in the form.
