An investor CRM
built for real estate sponsors.

A general CRM doesn’t know that one investor invests through an LLC, a trust, and an IRA, or how much each has committed. Syndelo’s CRM does, and it’s the same record your subscriptions, distributions, and investor portal use.

For sponsors who have outgrown a spreadsheet of investors, or are paying for a sales CRM that doesn’t understand capital.

What you get

Investors and how they invest

Each person links to their investing accounts: individual, joint, trust, LLC, corporation, or retirement account.

Committed and invested totals

See what each investor has committed and funded across every deal, pulled from the same ledger as your distributions.

Notes and follow-ups

Log calls and conversations, and assign follow-up tasks to a named teammate with a due date.

Relationship status and interests

Track where each relationship stands and what each investor wants to invest in, so you know who to call for the next deal.

Shared team access

Owner, admin, and view-only roles, plus custom roles per workspace. Launch includes 2 team members, Growth 5, and Scale 15.

Signups land in the CRM

Investors who register through your branded link arrive as CRM records for you to review, not as emails to retype.

More About Signups land in the CRM

Why not use HubSpot or Salesforce?

A sales CRM tracks contacts and deals. It doesn’t track investing entities, commitments, called and funded capital, or distributions, so you end up keeping a spreadsheet next to it and reconciling the two.

In Syndelo the CRM record is the investor record. When an investor’s LLC funds a capital call or receives a distribution, the CRM shows it, and the investor sees the same numbers in their portal.

Common questions

Can I bring my existing investor list?

Yes. During onboarding we load your investor list from a spreadsheet, and you check it before any investor is invited.

Do prospects count toward my plan’s investor limit?

No. Only investors with an active investment count. Prospect-only contacts and archived accounts without active investments don’t.

Does it sync with Gmail or Outlook?

Not yet. Email and calendar sync is planned. Today you log notes and tasks in Syndelo directly.

Can AI assistants read my CRM?

On Growth and Scale, Syndelo’s MCP server lets assistants such as Claude read and, with a write token, update your Syndelo data, using the same permissions as your team.

How much does Syndelo cost?

Launch is $695 a month for up to 100 investors, $10M AUM, and 3 active vehicles. Growth is $995 for 500 investors, $50M, and 15 vehicles. Scale is $1,995 for 1,500 investors, $100M, and unlimited vehicles. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price.

Can I sign up today?

Yes. Choose a plan on the pricing page to create your workspace, or book a demo first. Syndelo is still in preview: eSign and investor payments aren’t switched on for live use yet, and anything marked Planned is still in development.
