What Does the Integrations Page Show?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

What each panel on the Integrations page means and which ones you can change.

Integrations shows the outside services connected to your workspace. Open Settings and choose Integrations under Connections. Everyone on your team can see it. Changing anything needs permission to edit workspace settings.

Accreditation

This panel shows whether accreditation checks through Accredd are open. Its label shows Live Connection, Accredd Test Mode, Local Test, or Not Connected.

Tick I Agree to Pay $99 per Successful Verification and choose Turn On Verification to start checks, or choose Pause Verification to stop new ones. The same panel is under Investor Setup. Pausing keeps existing records and status checks available. View Investors opens your investor list. See How Do I Pause or Enable Accreditation Checks?

Payments

This card shows whether ACH is set up.

  • Configured: live ACH is on. Investors can pay by ACH from linked bank accounts, and approved payouts can be sent by ACH with a second approver.
  • Test Mode: ACH works with test payments.
  • Not Configured: live ACH isn't set up yet. You can still upload a NACHA file to your bank, record wires and checks, or export a CSV payment list.

To set up ACH, see How Do I Set Up and Verify Our Moov Account?

Email Delivery

This card shows whether Syndelo can send email. When it reads Configured, invitations, password resets, and investor notices are emailed, and each message is listed in the Email Log. This card is informational. To send from your own address, see How Do I Send Email From My Own Domain or Mailbox?

QuickBooks Online

This panel appears once QuickBooks is available for Syndelo. Choose Connect QuickBooks, or Add Company to connect another one. Each company shows Connected or Reconnect Needed. Use Reconnect or Disconnect to manage it. See How Do I Send Journal Entries to QuickBooks Online?
