AI assistants that support MCP, such as Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, can read and work with your Syndelo data. You connect them by signing in to Syndelo. There's no key to copy. MCP is included with the Growth and Scale plans.
Connect an app
- Open Settings, choose API Access, and copy the MCP Server URL under AI Assistants (MCP).
- In your AI app, add a custom connector (or MCP server) and paste the URL.
- The app opens a Syndelo sign-in page. Sign in if you aren't already.
- Choose the Workspace the app can use.
- Choose the Access: Read Only, or Read and Write so it can also create and update records.
- Choose Allow Access.
Good to know
- The app can only do what your role in the workspace allows. Read and Write never gives it more access than you have.
- Each connection works with one workspace. To use another workspace, add the connector again with that workspace's URL.
- Payments and distributions an app prepares still need a different person to approve them.
- Team, roles, billing, security and custom domain settings are managed only in the Syndelo app.
- If you change your password, are removed from the workspace, or the plan changes to one without API access, the app stops working.
Disconnect an app
Open Settings, choose API Access, and find the app under AI Assistants (MCP). Choose Disconnect, then Confirm Disconnect. The app loses access right away.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
Try It With Sample Data
Sign in to the shared demo workspace as a sponsor or as an investor. No signup, and nothing you do there sends real email or moves money.
