Accreditation check settings are in Workspace Settings under Integrations. You can pause new submissions without losing existing records.
Steps
- Go to Workspace Settings and choose Integrations (under Connections).
- Find the Investor Rule Checks panel. The badge shows the environment: Live connection, Accredd test mode, Local test, or Not connected.
- Read the line that says whether submissions are enabled or paused.
- Click Pause Submissions to stop new checks, or Enable Submissions to allow them.
- Click View Investors to go to your investor list.
Good to know
- Pricing: $79 per verified accreditation. You are not billed for failed checks.
- You need permission to change workspace settings to see the pause and enable button.
- Pausing keeps existing records, letters, and status checks available. Investors see a note that new submissions are paused.
- If the panel says Not connected, investors see "Verification is not connected yet" and cannot start a check. They can still view past records.
- In Local test mode nothing is sent to Accredd. In Accredd test mode the provider's development environment is used. Use sample documents only in either test mode. Test results are not live proof.
- In a test environment, team members may see Test Controls with a Simulated Outcome to try out statuses. A simulated verified result has no letter.
- Investors can only start a check for an investing account the sponsor lets them invest through.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
