A raise link from your sponsor opens a public page with the raise's summary and terms. To see the documents and invest, choose Create Investor Profile or Sign In on that page.
What the Page Shows
- The raise's name, your sponsor, the location and the investment type.
- Key Information, Investment Summary, Video, Investment Highlights and Links, when your sponsor adds them.
- Raise Terms: the type, Fundraising Target, Minimum Investment, Target Close and Exemption.
Projections are your sponsor's estimates, not guarantees.

The box beside the page changes depending on who you are:
- New here: choose Create Investor Profile. It's free and doesn't commit you to invest. See How Do I Create My Investor Profile?
- Already an investor with this sponsor, not signed in: choose Sign In. You go to the raise in your portal.
- Already signed in as their investor: choose Invest Now.
If you only see Sign In, your sponsor has switched off open signup. Contact them for an invitation.
If the Page Won't Open
- "This raise is unavailable or requires an invitation." The link is wrong, the raise isn't public, or it is no longer available. Sign in if you were invited, or contact your sponsor.
- A portal link to an invitation-only raise sends you to the sign-in page first.
