How Do I Create My Investor Profile?

Use the signup link your sponsor gave you, or choose Create Investor Profile on one of your sponsor's raise pages. Fill in your details, enter the code we email you, and answer a few setup questions. If your sponsor already knows you, your portal opens right away.

Your sponsor decides whether open signup is switched on. If you see Registration Is Currently Closed., contact your sponsor for an invitation.

Sign up

1. Open your sponsor's signup page.
2. Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Phone Number is optional.
3. Enter a password in Create a Password and Confirm Password. Use at least 8 characters, including a letter, a number, and a special character.
4. Choose Create Investor Profile.

Creating a profile does not commit you to invest. Your sponsor decides which offers and records you can see.

If you already have a Syndelo login (for example, with another sponsor), choose the link to sign in instead, enter Your Password, and choose Sign in and Join. Your existing login stays the same.

After you sign up

1. Check your inbox for a six-digit code and enter it. If it didn't arrive, choose Send a New Code. This one code also sets up email sign-in codes for your account, so you won't be asked for a second code now.
2. Answer your sponsor's setup steps, such as how you plan to invest (Individual, Joint, Trust, LLC or Other Entity, or IRA). Choose Save & Continue to move on; your answers are saved each time. On a phone, use the step menu at the top to jump between steps.
3. Choose Submit for Review.

If your sponsor invited you, already has you as a contact, or you signed up from one of their raise pages, you're approved right away. Syndelo opens an investing account of the type you chose, and if you came from a raise page you go straight back to that raise. Otherwise your sponsor reviews your profile; choose Refresh Status to check for updates.

You can add a passkey or an authenticator app later in Account Security for stronger sign-in.

If your sponsor does not approve access, the portal tells you and may show a note from them. Contact your sponsor to discuss next steps.

Invited by your sponsor?

If your sponsor sent you an invitation email, use the link in that email to create your account instead.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
