Open Account Security from the Account menu in the portal. These settings protect your login across every sponsor you invest with.
Two-factor authentication
Syndelo requires a second sign-in check. You can use email codes, a passkey, or both.
- Email Code: Syndelo emails you a six-digit code when you sign in.
- Passkey: sign in with Face ID, Touch ID, Windows Hello, or your device PIN. To add one, choose Passkey under Verification Method, enter your Current Password, and follow your device's prompt. Passkeys work on the website where you create them.
To remove a passkey, choose Remove Passkey, enter your current password, and choose Confirm Removal.
Recovery codes
Recovery codes let you sign in if you cannot get an email code or use your passkey.
- Under Recovery Codes, choose Generate Recovery Codes and enter your current password.
- Choose Download Codes and keep them somewhere safe, apart from your password.
- Choose I Saved My Codes.
Codes are shown only once, and each works one time. Generating a new set cancels the old ones.
Email and password
- To change your email, choose Change Email. You need to verify the new address.
- To change your password, choose Change Password. Use at least 8 characters, including a letter, a number, and a special character. This signs you out on other devices.
Export or delete your account
Choose Export Personal Data to download your data. Choose Delete My Account to remove your login for good. Your sponsor keeps investment, payment, and signup records.
Your name and photo are on My Profile, at My Profile.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
