How Do I Accept an Invitation to the Investor Portal?

Open the invitation email from your sponsor and use its link. It opens a page that says "Your investor portal is waiting." Create your login there, and your portal opens with the access your sponsor set up.

New to Syndelo

1. Choose the link in the invitation email.
2. Enter your Full Name and a Password, then Confirm Password. Use at least 8 characters, including a letter, a number, and a special character.
3. Choose Create Account.
4. Set up your second sign-in check on the Secure Your Account page. Choose Send Email Code, enter the code, and choose Confirm Email Code.
5. If your sponsor hasn't set up an investing account for you yet, answer their setup steps and choose Submit for Review.

You don't need to confirm your email separately, because the link was sent to that address.

Already Have a Syndelo Login

If you invest with another sponsor on Syndelo, you keep the same login and add this sponsor to it. You don't need a second account:

1. Choose the link in the invitation email. The page recognizes your email and asks you to sign in.
2. Enter your password, then complete your second sign-in check.
3. Choose Accept Invitation. The new sponsor's portal opens.

If the Link Doesn't Work

• "This invitation is invalid, expired, or belongs to another email." Invitations last 7 days and work once, for the email they were sent to. Ask your sponsor to send a new one.
• Signed in with a different email? Choose Sign Out, then open the invitation link again.
• Can't find the email? Check spam. Invitations aren't copied to the portal's Emails page because they hold a private link. See I Didn't Get an Email From Syndelo. What Should I Do?

Good to Know

• Your sponsor decides what you can do in the portal. If you can see records but can't invest, ask them for investing access.
