How Do I Choose How I Get Paid?

Open Funding Sources and find How You Get Paid. It lists each investing account, how its payouts are paid and where they go.

Change Your Payout Method

1. Click Change next to the investing account.
2. Choose ACH to a Bank Account, Wire Transfer or Paper Check by Mail.
3. For ACH or wire, pick the account to use.
4. Confirm with your password and a code, and click Save Payout Method.

Your sponsor is told whenever you change it, and you're told if they change it. If you didn't expect a change, contact your sponsor using a phone number or email you already know.

Add the Details First

• ACH: link a bank account under Bank Accounts for ACH and choose Use for Payouts. See How Do I Add or Change My Bank Account?
• Wire: open Actions on a funding source and choose Add / Review Wire.
• Check: checks go to your account's legal name and address. To mail them somewhere else, ask your sponsor.

Your sponsor reviews new bank and wire details before any payout uses them. Until then, your choice shows Needs Details.
