I Didn't Get an Email From Syndelo. What Should I Do?

For Sponsors and InvestorsBy Syndelo

What to check when a sign-in code, invitation, reset link, or confirmation email does not arrive.

Most missing emails are in spam or junk, went to a different address, or were blocked by a company email filter. Check those first, then ask for a new one.

Steps

  1. Wait a few minutes. Some providers delay mail.
  2. Check your spam, junk, promotions, and quarantine folders.
  3. Confirm the address. Invitations go to the email your sponsor or team owner entered.
  4. Ask for a new email:
    • Sign-in code: choose Send a New Code.
    • Password reset: choose Forgot Password? and Send Reset Link again.
    • Signup confirmation: choose Resend Confirmation Email.
    • Invitation: ask the person who invited you to send it again.
  5. If your company filters email, ask IT to allow mail from Syndelo and your sponsor's domain.

Good to know

  • Syndelo signs you in with a password plus a second check. There is no sign-in link you click in place of a password.
  • Resend buttons are rate-limited. If you click too often, wait a minute.
  • Only the newest code or link works. Older ones stop working.
  • If you can't get a code, use a passkey or a recovery code instead.
  • Sponsors can see what was sent in the Email Log.
  • In demo or sandbox setups, emails may go to a log instead of a real inbox.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.

Try It With Sample Data

Sign in to the shared demo workspace as a sponsor or as an investor. No signup, and nothing you do there sends real email or moves money.
