Each plan caps investors, assets under management, team members, workspaces, and active syndications. When an action would go over a cap, Syndelo blocks it with a message like "Your Launch plan's syndications limit has been reached. Upgrade in Settings → Billing before adding more."
Steps
- Open Settings and choose Billing.
- On Plan & Subscription, check the usage for Investors, Assets Under Management (USD), Team Members, Workspaces, and Active Syndications.
- Choose Change Plan, pick a plan, and confirm payment. Or free up room (for example, archive an investment you no longer manage).
- Try the action again.
Plan limits
- Launch: 100 investors, $10M assets, 2 team members, 1 workspace, 3 active syndications.
- Growth: 500 investors, $50M assets, 5 team members, 3 workspaces, 15 active syndications.
- Scale: 1,500 investors, $100M assets, 15 team members, 10 workspaces, unlimited active syndications.
Which actions check limits
- Creating an investment counts against active syndications.
- Adding commitments is blocked once assets under management are over the limit.
- Inviting or accepting a team invitation, and granting workspace access, count against team members.
- Create Workspace is disabled once you reach the workspace limit.
Good to know
- Limits are shared across the primary workspace and all its other workspaces.
- Existing records are never deleted when you hit a limit. Only new growth is blocked.
- Launch limits apply until a subscription is active.
- API access is included on Growth and Scale only. If you move to Launch, API keys stop working.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
Try It With Sample Data
