How Do I Sign In or Reset My Password?

How investors sign in to the portal, reset a forgotten password, and get past the second sign-in check.

Sign in on your sponsor's portal sign-in page with your email and password, then complete the second sign-in check.

Sign in

  1. Go to your sponsor's portal sign-in page.
  2. Enter your Email Address and Password.
  3. Choose Sign In.
  4. Complete the second check: enter the code Syndelo emails you, or choose Use a Passkey Instead or Use a Recovery Code.

The first time you sign in, you are asked to set up a second sign-in check before you continue.

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in page, choose Forgot Password?.
  2. Enter your email and choose Send Reset Link.
  3. Open the email and choose a new password.

Didn't get the email code?

Check your spam folder. You can choose Send a New Code, or use a passkey or recovery code instead.

One login, several sponsors

If you invest with more than one sponsor that uses Syndelo, you use the same login for all of them. Your security settings apply across every sponsor.
