How Do I Change My Plan or Billing Details?

Billing lives in Settings under Billing. You see it if you are the owner or have permission to manage billing in the primary workspace.

One subscription covers your primary workspace and all of its other workspaces.

Plans

• Launch: $695 per month. Up to 100 investors, $10M in assets, 2 team members, 1 workspace, and 3 active syndications. No API access.
• Growth: $995 per month. Up to 500 investors, $50M in assets, 5 team members, 3 workspaces, 15 active syndications, and API access.
• Scale: $1,995 per month. Up to 1,500 investors, $100M in assets, 15 team members, 10 workspaces, unlimited active syndications, and API access.

Annual billing gives you 2 months free. The Plan & Subscription panel shows how much of each limit you are using.

Change your plan

1. Open Settings and choose Billing.
2. On Plan & Subscription, choose Change Plan.
3. Choose Monthly or Annually · 2 Months Free.
4. Choose Review on the plan you want.
5. If you have a promo code, enter it in Promo Code and choose Apply Promo Code.
6. Check the summary and confirm.

No charge is made until you confirm payment. If a plan change is waiting on payment, you can choose Discard Pending Change to keep your current plan.

Payment methods

Under Payment Methods, choose Add Payment Method to add a card. Choose Make Default to set which card is charged, or remove a card you no longer use.

Billing details and invoices

Under Billing Details, choose Edit Details to update the Billing Name, Billing Email, and address. Receipts and billing notifications go to the billing email. The name and address start from your company profile, and saving billing details fills any blank company address.

Under Invoices, you can download each invoice as a PDF. If an invoice is unpaid, choose Pay Invoice.

Cancel or resume

Choose Cancel Subscription on the Plan & Subscription panel. Your plan stays active until the end of the current period, and the panel shows the end date. To change your mind before then, choose Resume Subscription.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
