ACH Contract Limits record the limits in your Moov agreement. Syndelo checks every ACH transfer against the approved policy. Set them in the ACH Contract Limits panel on Bank Transfers (ACH).
Steps
- Upload your Moov agreement as a team document in the Document Library.
- Go to Money > Bank Transfers (ACH) and click Prepare Policy in ACH Contract Limits.
- To fill the form, choose the agreement under Moov Agreement and click Fill From Your Moov Agreement. Limits the agreement doesn't state start from the suggested defaults. If you don't have the agreement handy, click Use Suggested Defaults for conservative starting values. Either way, check every value against the contract.
- Choose the Provider Contract Evidence and describe the Contract Reference and Scope.
- Check each limit in USD: Per Transfer, Workspace Daily, Investing Account Daily, Legal Issuer Daily, Workspace Exposure, Investing Account Exposure, and Legal Issuer Exposure.
- Check the Contract Daily Window Time Zone (for example America/New_York), Exposure Retention (Days) (1 to 365), Start Date (00:00 UTC), and Expires on (00:00 UTC).
- Tick The Agreement Explicitly Permits Splitting a Payment Into Multiple Transfers only if it does.
- Confirm your identity and click Send for Review.
- A different Finance Approver clicks Review, chooses Approve or Reject, confirms they checked the values against the agreement, and clicks Record Decision. If no one else in your workspace can approve, you can approve it yourself after confirming your password and a code.
Good to know
- Daily totals count every approved payment attempt. Exposure (at-risk) totals count unresolved transfers and those accepted within the retention window.
- Split payments still count in full toward daily and exposure limits, across all bank accounts and investments.
- Dates are in UTC. A policy stops applying after its expiry date, so prepare a new version before then.
- Remove Access on an approved policy blocks unsent transfers. It does not cancel transfers already accepted.
- Approving a limit policy doesn't turn on live payments. Syndelo turns those on separately.
- Reading the agreement fills the form only. Nothing is saved until you send it for review, and the approver still checks every value.
- The panel is hidden in sandbox workspaces and for people without Finance Preparer or Finance Approver permission.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
