How Do I See an Investor's Capital Calls and Payouts?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

The Transactions panel on an investor's profile lists their capital calls, payments in, and payouts across all their investing accounts.

Open the investor from Investors and scroll to Transactions. It lists their capital calls, payments in, and payouts across every investing account.

Use the Panel

  1. Click a tab: All, Capital Calls, Payments In, or Payouts. Each shows a count.
  2. Check the Date, Transaction, Amount, and Status.
  3. On Capital Calls, Payments In, or Payouts, the total shows under the list.

Open the Details

  • Click a capital call to open it.
  • Click a payout to open that payout and see everyone it paid.
  • Click Notice to preview the notice sent for that transaction, if there is one.

Status Words

  • Paid in Full: the capital call is fully paid.
  • Cleared: the money has settled.
  • Closed: the capital call is closed.

Other statuses, such as Pending, Failed, or Returned, use the same words as the rest of the app. See What Do ACH Transfer Statuses Mean?

Related Tasks

  • To record money received, click Record Payment In under the investment in Active Investments. It only shows if money is still owed and you can prepare financial records. See How Do I Record a Payment From an Investor?
  • To give the investor a PDF of this activity, use Generate Statement. Tick Save To Investor's Profile to add it to their documents, where they can see it in the portal. Otherwise it only downloads to your computer. See How Do I Send Investor Statements?
