Choose the Sign Out button next to your name at the bottom of the sidebar, or Sign Out at the top of any security page. There is no single "sign out everywhere" button, but several security changes sign out your other sessions automatically.
Steps to sign out
- In the sidebar, find your name and role at the bottom.
- Choose the sign-out icon beside it (labeled Sign Out). On a phone, open the navigation menu first.
On the sign-up, Check Your Email, and Secure Your Account pages, Sign Out is in the top corner.
Changes that sign out your other sessions
- Changing your password. This also turns off your current API keys and disconnects AI apps.
- Changing your email address. You then verify the new address.
- Generating new recovery codes. Older codes stop working too.
If a device was lost or stolen
- On a device you trust, open My Profile.
- Choose Change Password and set a new one. This signs out the lost device.
- Under Two-Factor Authentication, choose Remove Passkey for any passkey stored on that device.
- Generate new recovery codes if they might be exposed.
- Turn off any API keys you no longer trust under API Access.
Good to know
- Signing out ends your session in that browser for every workspace and portal at once.
- If you are signed out in the middle of signing in, you may see "Account security changed. Sign in again." Start over from the sign-in page.
- Workspace owners remove another person's access from Settings → Roles. See How Do I Remove a Team Member?

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
Try It With Sample Data
Sign in to the shared demo workspace as a sponsor or as an investor. No signup, and nothing you do there sends real email or moves money.
