Signed W-9, W-8BEN, and W-8BEN-E forms are sent to an investing account and then reviewed by your team. Pending forms appear in Tax Forms to Review on Reporting under the Tax Documents tab.

Good to know
- Only a team member with tax ID access and approval rights sees the review buttons, and it must be someone other than the person who sent the form.
- The legal account profile must be complete before a form can be sent.
- A form whose Valid Through date has passed cannot be accepted.
- If the account profile changed after the form was sent, the review is blocked. Send a fresh form.
- Each new form becomes a new version that replaces the current one once accepted. A profile change may require a new form.
- Only PDF files are accepted.
- Syndelo does not choose a tax status or file these forms with the IRS.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
