A payout plan prepares draft payouts for an investment on a schedule, or whenever you click a button. Nothing is paid until a different team member approves the draft.
Create a plan
- Open the investment and go to the Payouts tab (called Interest Payments for debt funds).
- Click New Plan.
- Enter the Plan Name and choose How Much to Distribute. For A fixed amount, enter Amount Each Time.
- Pick a Schedule (Monthly, Quarterly, Every six months, or Annually) with a Day of Month (31 = Last Day) and Next Draft Date. Leave Schedule blank for a plan you run by hand.
- Tick Use This Investment's Saved Payout Defaults, or set debt hurdles and payout rules for this plan.
- Click Save Plan.
On each scheduled date Syndelo prepares a draft and emails your finance team.
Run, skip, or archive
- Prepare Draft Now creates a draft using today as the record date.

Approve drafts on the Money page.
Several investments at once
All Payouts lists every investment's available cash, debt due, plans, and drafts awaiting approval. Tick the investments you want and click Prepare Drafts. Each draft is still approved on its own.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
