How Do I Withdraw My Application?

For InvestorsBy Syndelo

How investors ask to leave an application they've started or submitted.

Open the offering's application and use Withdraw Application. Click Request Withdrawal, give a reason, and confirm. If you haven't signed anything or sent money, it ends right away. Otherwise your sponsor must resolve those items first.

Steps

  1. Open the opportunity in your portal and go to your application.
  2. Find the Withdraw Application section.
  3. Click Request Withdrawal.
  4. Enter a Reason for Exit (at least 10 characters).
  5. Check the box confirming you understand this stops new application activity.
  6. Click Request Withdrawal.

Good to know

  • If forms are signed or funds were sent, the request stays open (marked pending) until your sponsor resolves them. Contact your sponsor if you already sent money or signed an agreement.
  • While pending, you can't continue signing or funding this application.
  • A withdrawal request does not send you a refund by itself. Your sponsor handles any refund.
  • You'll be notified when the application ends. Your agreements and payment history stay available.
  • If the section says "This application has ended.", it's already withdrawn, cancelled, or rejected.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
