When your sponsor requests changes, the application reopens for edits. Fix what they asked for, explain your changes in Response to Your Sponsor, and submit again.
Steps
- On Home, find the application under Needs Your Attention. It says "Your sponsor requested changes."
- Choose View.
- Go through the steps and update what your sponsor asked for, such as Account Details, Amount, or Questions.
- On the Review step, fill in Response to Your Sponsor to explain your corrections or give the information requested.
- Choose Submit Application.
Good to know
- The status shows Changes Requested until you resubmit, then Submitted.
- Your progress saves as you go. You see "Saved. You can finish later."
- If you see "Reload this application before saving its current answer version.", reload the page. Something changed since you opened it.
- If you don't understand what is needed, contact your sponsor directly.
