Open an investment and choose the Property tab (or Properties when it holds several). With several properties, you see a map and a card for each; choose one to open its page.
What a Property Page Shows
- Photos and a map of where the property is.
- Overview: property type, address, year built, size in units or square feet, and when it was bought.
- Status: where the business plan stands, such as Renovation or Stabilized, its risk profile, the cost still to spend, and Key Dates with the projected date and, once done, the actual date.
- Leasing: occupancy, the share leased, and average monthly rent, with a line showing occupancy over the last year.
- Financials, when your sponsor shares them: net operating income, valuation, loan balance, interest rate, and when the loan matures.
Each figure shows the date your sponsor reported it. Sections without information are left out.
Good to Know
- Your sponsor chooses whether properties and their financials are shared. If the tab is missing, contact your sponsor.
- On the home page, the map in Your Portfolio shows every property across your investments. Choose a pin to open its page.
- Offering pages can also list the properties behind a raise, with a map.
