The bell at the top of the portal shows notifications for the sponsor you are viewing. You also get emails for sign-in codes, account changes, and anything your sponsor sends.
Use the notification bell
- Choose the bell icon at the top of the page. The number shows how many are unread.
- Choose a notification to open the related page.
- Choose Load More to see older ones.
When there is nothing new, you see "You’re all caught up."
Emails you may get
- Sign-in codes and password reset links.
- Email confirmation when you sign up or change your email.
- Investor updates from your sponsor.
- Requests to sign documents and reminders.
- Statements and other documents your sponsor shares.
Good to know
- To stop investor update emails, uncheck Email Me Investor Updates at the bottom of Updates. You can still read updates in the portal.
- Security emails, such as sign-in codes, cannot be turned off.
- Statement delivery is set per account in Account Choices.
- Notifications are per sponsor. If you invest with several sponsors, switch to each one to see its notifications.
- The bell refreshes about once a minute while the page is open.
