How Does the Waitlist Work?

If a raise has reached its target, you can still submit an application. It joins the waitlist in the order received, and you can sign once your sponsor admits you.

Steps

1. Apply as usual from Opportunities with Invest Now.
2. When you choose Submit Application, the portal shows "This raise is full. You’re on the waitlist."
3. Your application status becomes Waitlisted.
4. If space opens, your sponsor admits you. You then see Sign Documents and Funding as normal.

Good to know

• While waitlisted you see "You’re on the waitlist. You can sign once your sponsor admits you." The sign button is hidden.
• Funding instructions stay hidden until your place is confirmed. Do not send money while waitlisted.
• Your sponsor decides whether to admit waitlisted investors and in what order.
• You can leave the waitlist with Request Withdrawal. See How Do I Withdraw My Application or Cancel My Pledge?
• If a raise has not opened yet, you can reserve a place instead. See How Do I Reserve a Place or Show Interest in a Raise?
