Open Messages, then Emails, to see the emails your sponsor sent you through this portal, newest first. It's handy when an email was deleted, went to spam, or you want to check what a notice said.
Read an Email
- Open Emails.
- Choose an email from the list to read your copy.
Each email shows when it was sent and what it's about, such as a payout notice, a new document, or an investor update. When it's about an investment or raise, choose its name to go straight there.
Links and images are removed from these copies to keep your account safe. To act on a link, use the email in your inbox, or find the same item in the portal, such as your Documents or Updates.

Search by subject, or choose an investment or a year to narrow the list.
What's Included
You see emails sent to your own email address by this sponsor. You won't see:
- Sign-in, password reset, verification code, and other security emails. Those stay in your inbox only.
- Portal invitations, because they contain a private sign-up link.
- Emails sent to someone else, even if they're about an account you share.
- Emails your sponsor sent from their own mailbox outside this portal.
If your email address changed, emails sent to your old address aren't shown. Contact your sponsor if you're missing something.
