When Will I Get Paid, and Where Is My Distribution History?

For InvestorsBy Syndelo

Where investors see past payouts and who decides when distributions are paid.

Your sponsor decides when and how much to distribute. Past payouts are listed in Activity in the Account menu and on each investment's page.

See your payouts

  1. Open Activity from the Account menu.
  2. Look for rows where Type is a payout. Use the account picker at the top if you have more than one investing account.
  3. For one investment, open it from My Investments and check Payment Activity. The Payouts total is shown at the top.

When payments arrive

  • The raise page may list a distribution frequency, such as monthly or quarterly. That is your sponsor's plan, not a guarantee.
  • A payout shows Settled once it is paid. ACH payouts can take a few business days to reach your bank.
  • Your sponsor may email you or post an update when a distribution goes out. See Where Do I See Updates From My Sponsor?

Good to know

  • To get paid by ACH, add a bank account on Funding Sources. See How Do I Add a Bank Account?
  • If you chose to reinvest, the amount shows as + Reinvested. See How Do I Reinvest My Payouts?
  • Yearly totals for income payouts, return of capital, and tax withheld are in Tax Center.
  • Syndelo cannot tell you a future payment date or amount. Ask your sponsor.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
