Who Do Syndelo's Emails Come From and Where Do Replies Go?

Every email is sent from [email protected] under your workspace name. Replies go to the sender or the workspace owner.

Emails Syndelo sends for your workspace come from [email protected]. The sender name investors see is your workspace name, not "Syndelo".

You do not need to set up a sending address. Change the name investors see by changing your organization name. See How Do I Change My Organization Name or Timezone?.

Where replies go

  • Emails you send to an investor (from their profile or as a reply): replies go to the team member who sent it.
  • Email campaigns: replies go to the team member who created the campaign.
  • Automatic emails (invitations, notifications, and other system emails sent for your workspace): replies go to the workspace owner.
  • Emails not tied to a workspace, such as some account security emails: replies go to Syndelo Support.
