Where Do I Find My K-1 and Tax Documents?

For InvestorsBy Syndelo

Where investors find K-1s, 1099s, and other documents their sponsor has shared.

Open Documents, then Tax Center. Your K-1s, 1099s, and other tax documents are listed by year. Choose Download to save one.

Your sponsor posts tax documents when they are ready. If none are listed, they have not been posted yet. Contact your sponsor with questions about timing or the numbers on a form. Syndelo cannot give tax advice.

Tax Center

Tax Center shows a section for each year with:

  • Totals for Income Payouts, Note Interest, Return of Capital, and Tax Withheld, based on payments your sponsor recorded.
  • Each tax document, with its investment and investing account.

If a document was corrected, the original is marked Replaced by a correction. Choose Open Correction to get the new version, or Download Original to get the old one.

Other documents

Document Library holds every report and record your sponsor shared with your investing accounts. Choose a document to preview it, or Download to save it. Documents tied to one investment may also appear on that investment's Documents tab.

Can't see the Tax Center?

Your sponsor controls whether documents are shown in the portal. If you manage someone else's account, you also need tax document access for that account. Contact your sponsor if you need access.

Sending a tax form to your sponsor

If your tax adviser asks you to give your sponsor a signed tax form, open Account Choices in the Account menu and choose Send Tax Form for the right account. See How Do I Manage Statements, Beneficiaries, and Tax Forms?

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
