Each investment has its own page with tabs for raising money, investors, and payouts. Open it from Investments.
Tabs
Which tabs you see depends on the kind of investment:
- Overview: key totals, the setup checklist, classes or note terms, and the capitalization table.
- Raise: the raises for this investment. See How Do I Create a Raise?.
- Investors: investor positions, payout elections, and investment transfers.
- Loans and Investor Loans: shown for debt funds.
- Assets: shown for syndications and equity funds.
- Capital Calls: capital calls.
- Payouts: distributions.
- Photos: the photo and video gallery.
A tab normally hidden for that kind still appears if it already holds records.
Overview totals
The top of Overview shows Accepted Pledges (or Committed by Investors for debt funds), Settled Capital (or Money Received), and Cash on Hand.
Below that, the Capitalization panel (or Investors and Their Notes for debt funds) lists each investing account with its class, committed amount, settled capital, and unfunded amount.
Equity funds also show a Fund Operations panel with a link to Open Fund Operations for unit values, requests to buy or sell units, and fund income payouts.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
