Your logo and colors are on the General page of Settings, in the Branding section. You need permission to edit workspace settings.
Use your website
- In Branding, click Use My Website.
- Check the address. We fill it in from your work email when we can. Click Read My Website.
- Review what we found: your logo, color choices from your site, and a short portal welcome. Pick the Primary Color and Accent Color, and untick anything you don’t want.
- Click Save My Brand.
Nothing is saved until you click Save My Brand. If we can’t find a PNG, JPG, or WebP logo, upload one by hand. You can also start this from the Brand Your Investor Portal step of the setup guide.
Upload or replace your logo
- Open Settings. General opens first.
- In Branding, under Company Logo, choose Upload Logo (or Replace Logo if you already have one).
- Pick your file.
A wide logo on a transparent background works best. To go back to showing your company name, choose Remove.
Set brand colors
- In Brand Colors, set the Primary Color. This is used for buttons, links, and selected navigation.
- Set the Accent Color. This is used for your company name and identity details.
- Choose Save Colors. Choose Reset Changes to undo edits you have not saved.
Text and link shades adapt automatically to keep your brand readable. The Portal preview beside the form shows how investors will see it.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
