You can welcome investors at a domain you own. Open Settings, choose Custom Domain, enter the address, and add the DNS records Syndelo shows you. You need permission to edit workspace settings.
Add your domain
- Open Settings and choose Custom Domain under Brand & Messages.
- In Portal Hostname, enter the address, such as investors.yourcompany.com.
- Choose Add Domain.
Add the DNS records
After you add the domain, Syndelo shows the records to create at your DNS provider (the company where you manage your domain):
- Add This Record at Your DNS Provider: a CNAME record with a Name and Target.
- Ownership & Certificate Verification: a record with a Type, Name, and Value.
Use the copy buttons next to each value to avoid typos.
Check the connection
Choose Check Connection after you add the records. DNS changes can take time to spread. Your domain becomes available after every check passes:
- Domain Ownership: confirms your organization controls the address.
- Secure Connection: an HTTPS certificate protects your investor portal.
- Portal Routing: confirms the address opens your Syndelo portal.
Remove a domain
Choose Remove Domain, then Confirm Removal. Investors will need to use the standard portal address until a new domain is connected.
If you see a notice that custom web addresses are not set up yet, you can still save the address you want. Setup steps appear once hosting is ready.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
Try It With Sample Data
Sign in to the shared demo workspace as a sponsor or as an investor. No signup, and nothing you do there sends real email or moves money.
