Go to Filing Checks to see review reminders and keep filing evidence for each raise. Filing Checks creates reminders only. It does not file forms or prove you meet the law, so ask your lawyer to check the details.
Review Queue
The Review Queue tab lists items that need a second look, with the raise, review date, and a link to Official Guidance. Click Review Item to act on one. Click Update Review Tasks at the top to refresh the list.
Items with a review date within 30 days, or missing information, become tasks during the daily check. Annual Form D reminders apply only to raises you mark as continuing. If AI review is connected, Draft AI Review writes a draft summary.
Raise Filings
The Raise Filings tab lists each raise with its federal record and state coverage.
- Record Review: save the Legal Issuer Name, SEC CIK (Up to 10 Digits), SEC Accession Number, the Most Recent Confirmed Form D or Amendment Date, the Confirmed First Irrevocable Contractual Pledge date, and whether This Raise Is Continuing.
- View Evidence: see the saved record.
- Filing Tools, then State Filing: record a state filing review with a Reviewed Status such as Filed — Evidence Recorded or Not Required — Reviewed with Counsel, plus renewal dates and notes.
- Filing Tools, then Check SEC: refresh SEC evidence using the saved CIK. Confirm the match before linking a filing.
Link the legal issuer's CIK, not just your sponsor name.
Blue Sky Filings
The Blue Sky Filings tab lists investing accounts and their confirmed state. Click Set State or Country to confirm where an investor is located. Unknown locations stay flagged.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
