How Do I Set Up the Deal Page and Raise Documents?

How to add the investment summary, headline numbers, highlights, links, video, and documents investors see on a raise.

Open the raise and click the Deal Page tab. There you edit the content investors read and upload the documents they can download.

Deal Page content

  1. In Deal Page Content, click Edit Content.
  2. Write the Investment Summary. Raise cards and listings show its first few sentences, so there's no separate short summary to write.
  3. Under Headline Numbers, fill in any of Target IRR, Equity Multiple, Average Cash Yield, Preferred Return, Hold Period (Years), and Payout Frequency. Investors see these marked as estimates. Leave one blank to hide it.
  4. Under Highlights, add up to 8 short bullet points.
  5. Under More Numbers, add any other label and value rows (up to 20), such as "Units: 40".
  6. Add Links (up to 10).
  7. Paste a Video (YouTube or Vimeo Link). Only YouTube and Vimeo links work.
  8. Click Save Content.

Raise documents

  1. In Raise Documents, click Upload Document.
  2. Enter a Document Title, such as Private Placement Memorandum.
  3. Choose a Type: Raise Materials, Legal, Report, or Other.
  4. Choose the file and upload it.

You can group documents into folders, such as Legal or Financials, using the folder field in the list. Click Remove to take a document down.

Investors who can see the raise can preview and download these documents. Each view and download is recorded. See investor views and downloads on the raise's Activity tab.

Photos and videos

The Photos & Videos panel shows the investment's gallery. Click Manage Photos to edit it on the investment. See How Do I Add Photos and Videos to an Investment?.
