Go to Settings and choose Pipelines, or click Edit Pipelines on the fundraising pipeline page. Only people who can manage raises can change pipelines.
Default stages
A new pipeline starts with these stages: Qualified, Interested, Reviewing, Committed, Paperwork complete, Funded, and Lost. You can rename, reorder, add, and delete them.
Add or edit a stage
- Click Add Stage, or Edit next to a stage.
- Enter a Stage Name.
- Choose a Type: Open (still deciding), Committed (has committed capital), Won (funded and done), or Lost (not investing). Moving an opportunity into a Committed or Won stage notifies its owner.
- Pick a Color.
- Under Move Here Automatically When, choose an event or leave it as Never. Events include an investor showing interest or reserving, a subscription submitted, a subscription approved or pledge recorded, every document signed, and a pledge fully funded.
- Click Add Stage or Save Stage.
Automatic moves go forward only. They never move a prospect out of Lost.
Reorder or delete stages
- Drag stages, or use the up and down arrows.
- Click Delete to remove a stage. If it has opportunities, choose a stage to move them to and click Move and Delete Stage.
Multiple pipelines
- Click New Pipeline to create another one.
- In Pipeline Settings, use Rename or Make Default. New raises use the default pipeline unless you choose another.
- Delete Pipeline is available only for a pipeline that isn’t the default and isn’t used by any raise.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
