Send portal invitations from the Investors page. You need permission to manage your team to send invitations.
Invite one investor
- On Investors, open the Actions menu on the investor’s row.
- Click Invite To Investor Portal.
- Check or uncheck Let them invest from these accounts. Leave it unchecked to give view-only access.
- Click Send Invitations.
Invite many investors
- Check the people you want to invite.
- Open Selection Actions and click Invite To Portal.
- Choose whether to let them invest, then click Send Invitations.
Who gets an invitation
Invitations go only to people who have an email address, have an investing account, and don’t have a login yet. Everyone else is skipped, and Syndelo tells you why, such as No Email Address, No Investing Account, Already Invited, or Already Have a Login.
Check portal status
The Portal Status column shows:
- Not Invited
- Invite Sent: has not accepted yet.
- Registered: has a portal login.
- Inactive: the invite expired or signup was declined.
Adding an investor never sends an invitation by itself.
Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
