What Are Follow-Up Signals on an Investor's Page?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

Explains the Follow-Up Signals score, how points are earned, and what the referral and source history shows.

Follow-Up Signals is a score from 0 to 100 on each investor's profile. It adds up points for recorded activity so you can decide who to follow up with. It is only a guide.

Where to find it

  1. Open Investors and click a name.
  2. Scroll to the Follow-Up Signals panel.

The panel shows the score, a label, the time it was calculated, and each signal with the points it earned.

How points are earned

| Signal | Points | | --- | --- | | Interests are recorded | 15 | | A referrer is recorded | 10 | | Completed call or meeting in the last 90 days | 25 | | Inbound email in the last 90 days | 25 | | Application submitted in the last 90 days | 25 |

A signal earns all of its points or none. The labels are:

  • More recorded activity: 60 points or more.
  • Some recorded activity: 25 to 59 points.
  • Few recorded signals: under 25 points.

How to raise the score

A call or meeting only counts when its Status is Completed. Planned or canceled activity does not count.

Referral and Source History

Below the score, Referral and Source History lists every change to the investor's Lead Source and referrer. Each entry is marked First Source, Source Changed, or Existing Source Saved, with the before and after values.

Good to know

  • The score is not proof of interest, ability to invest, or eligibility. It never approves an investor or starts any action.
  • Only activity recorded in Syndelo counts. Calls you did not log and emails that were not logged are not included.
  • The panel shows the score rules version. If the rules change, the version number changes.
