How Do I Share a Deal With a Co-Sponsor?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

How to give a co-sponsor limited, time-boxed access to one deal and the investors you choose.

Use Co-Sponsor Access on the Team page to share one deal and selected investors with a co-sponsor. They see a separate Shared Deals page, not your workspace, and access ends within 90 days.

Before you start

  • The co-sponsor must already be added to the deal.
  • You need permission to manage the team and to manage raises.

Invite a co-sponsor

  1. Open Settings and choose Team.
  2. Under Co-Sponsor Access, choose Invite Co-Sponsor.
  3. Enter the Recipient Email.
  4. Choose the Deal and the Co-Sponsor.
  5. Under Shared Investor Relationships, pick the investors to share (up to 100).
  6. Decide whether to check Share Individual Account Names and Pledge Amounts. When it is off, only combined totals are shared.
  7. Choose a Duration: 7, 30, 60, or 90 days.
  8. Enter a Reason for Sharing, confirm your identity, and choose Create Scoped Grant.

The co-sponsor gets a secure signup link. People who already have a login can use it. This does not make them a workspace member.

End access early

Find the grant under Co-Sponsor Access, end it, and enter a reason. The co-sponsor loses that grant immediately, including future downloads.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.

Try It With Sample Data

Sign in to the shared demo workspace as a sponsor or as an investor. No signup, and nothing you do there sends real email or moves money.
