How Do I Filter, Save Views, and Export the Investor List?

The Investors page lets you search, filter, and choose columns, then save that setup as a view or export it as a CSV.

Search and filter

• Use Search investors to search by name or email.
• Click Filter to narrow the list. You can filter by tags, teams, Portal Status, Warnings, Status, Active, money amounts (Committed, Contributed, Distributed), number of investments, Lead Source, Preferred Contact, date added, Invested In, Current Holdings, Recent Activity, and custom fields.
• Click Apply Filters. Use Clear Filters to start over.

Choose columns

Click the Columns icon to choose which columns show. Click a column heading to sort. Condensed uses tighter row spacing on this browser.

Save a view

1. Set up your search, filters, columns, and sort.
2. Open Options and click Save View.
3. Name the view. Check Share with workspace if your team should see it.
4. Click Save View.

Pick a saved view from the Saved views menu to apply it. Your views are under My Views, and views others shared are under Shared with the Workspace. To change your view, choose it and use Update View, Save as New View, or Delete View in Options.

Export

• Options then Export CSV downloads everyone matching your current filters, using your visible columns.
• To export only some people, check them and choose Export Selection in Selection Actions (up to 100 people, or all matching).
• To export one person, open the row’s Actions menu and click Export Investor.

Bulk changes

Check people, then use Selection Actions to Add Tags, Remove Tags, Set Status, Assign Team, Remove From Team, or Invite To Portal.
