What Do the Numbers on My Overview Page Mean?

For SponsorsBy Syndelo

What each figure and to-do item on the sponsor Overview page means.

The Overview page shows headline figures for your workspace, a list of items waiting on your team, and your recent raises and investments.

Headline figures

  • Funds Under Management: investor capital still invested.
  • Payouts Paid: settled payouts to investors to date. Drafts and pending payouts are not counted.
  • Active Investors: investors with a position. The detail line shows how many investing accounts hold a position.
  • Accepted Pledges: the total of accepted pledges across your investments.

Items waiting on your team

Each card shows a count and links to where you act on it. Cards with zero are hidden. You may see:

  • Applications To Review: submitted subscriptions waiting for a decision.
  • Payments Awaiting Approval: prepared payments that need a second person.
  • Payouts Awaiting Approval: draft payouts ready for review.
  • Funding Notices To Match: investors who reported sending money.
  • Bank Changes To Review: requested bank instruction changes.
  • Waitlisted Applications: investors waiting for a place in a full raise.
  • Investor Registrations: new investors waiting for portal approval.
  • Transfers Awaiting Approval: ownership transfers waiting for a decision.

If nothing is waiting, the page says "Nothing is waiting on your team right now."

Recent activity

  • Recent Raises shows each raise's status and a progress bar of the amount submitted or approved against the target, plus any reserved amount.
  • Recent Investments lists the latest pledges by investing account, investment, amount, and date.

Syndelo is in preview. eSign and investor payments require live provider setup; a demo or sandbox action does not complete a live transaction. Confirm availability for your workspace before relying on either.
