How Do I Export All My Workspace Data?

How a workspace owner downloads a full copy of workspace records and files.

A workspace owner can download a copy of all workspace records, money history, and original files from Settings > Import Data (Import Data).

Create an export

  1. Go to Import Data and find Download Workspace Records and Files.
  2. Click Create Workspace Export.
  3. When the status is complete, download the Manifest and every Part.

Save the manifest and all ZIP parts in the same folder. The manifest lists file checksums and anything left out.

Good to know

  • Only owners whose role allows full tax IDs see this option.
  • Only the owner who requested an export can download it. Links last seven days.
  • Login secrets and live connection keys are left out.
  • Your records stay in Syndelo.
