Click a document's name in the documents list to open a preview. If a file type cannot be previewed, download it instead.
Steps
- Open Documents (investors: Documents in the portal).
- Click the document name to open the preview.
- To save a copy, click Download.
File types that preview
- PDF: shown page by page.
- Images: PNG, JPG, GIF, WebP, AVIF, and BMP.
- Video: MP4, WebM, MOV, and OGV. Audio: MP3, WAV, OGG, and M4A.
- Text: TXT, CSV, JSON, MD, CSS, HTML, and XML, shown as plain text.
- Word (.docx): text only. Formatting, tables, and images may not appear.
Other types, such as Excel or PowerPoint, cannot be previewed. Download them.
Why a preview fails
- "Unable to load this document" means the file could not be fetched. Reopen the preview or download it.
- "This Word document cannot be previewed" means the file is damaged or not a standard .docx. Download it to view it.
- A file marked Permanently deleted cannot be opened or downloaded.
- Investors see only files shared with their investing accounts or investments.
Good to know
- Some browsers will not play every video or audio format. Download the file if playback fails.
